Brevi riflessioni sul "contratto di affiancamento" in agricoltura

Abstract

The present work deals with the different survey profiles requested by paragraphs 119 and 120 of Law 205 of 2017 (the so-called Stability Law) which introduce a new type of contract into our legal system: Towing contract in agriculture. The classification of the new contractual case as a mixed agreement is, on the one hand, the point of arrival of the analysis that has observed the single essential elements of the new contract and, on the other, the starting point on which to base the possible solutions needed to fill evident regulatory gaps.
