Abstract

The contribution focuses on the analysis of the distribution of skills in the Sicilian Region and the effects of smart working. The objective are: 1) the analysis of the distribution of implicit competences; 2) the evaluation they themselves attribute to the quality of these competences; 3) the relationship existing between these competences, the awareness of them, the evaluation of them and SW.
