Innovazione di processo nel comparto dell'uva da tavola: due produzioni nello stesso anno adottando la tipologia produttiva del fuori suolo

Abstract

Tests were conducted in 2011; was studied the chance to develop two production cycles in the same year. For both cycles were used plants set up in 2010. The two production cycles were conducted during "winter-spring" and the second during the "summer-autumn". For the second cycle were used two different types of plants. Production levels reached in the second cycle were satisfying in terms of quantity and quality for both types of plants. Cumulative production amount to 70 tons/ha.
