Verità e discorso. Heidegger e la fenomenologia aristotelica

Abstract

The research critically examines the attribution to Aristtele of the fatal aporia between the phenomenological instance of an intuitive and pre-categorical truth and the hermeneutic instance of an originally linguistic articulation of the truth itself conducted by Heidegger radicalizing the polarization between the truth of the nous and the truth of dianoia. At the same time, the value of Heidegger's reading is highlighted, which inaugurates a phenomenological direction of Aristotelian studies inspired by the assumption that for the Stagirite concrete realities must be understood starting from a concretion of physis and logos. The phenomenological approach according to which there is no need to distinguish between language and thing in the natural attitude suggests that it is not necessary to try to trace in Aristotelian philosophy an extra-linguistic sphere of things that precede language and whose knowledge can be reached starting from the language itself , but makes it possible to identify a perfect coincidence between the domain of the phenomenon and the ontolinguistic one. On the ground of an ever closer criticism of every conception of truth as concordance or reflection, it is precisely by tracing the original place of manifestation in the logos that the conviction matures that knowledge should in no way be understood as a concordance of the subject with external reality.
