How can I ask for assistance?

You can ask for assistance through three channels:

Access the Support Center in the following page:

If you cannot log in to our Support Center, you can request assistance by sending an email to the following address:

(university interior Voip 60911) to talk to an operator and report the topic/ issue of interest.

The telephone service is active:

  • In the morning: from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm.
  • In the afternoon: on Mondays and Thursdays from 3pm to 5 pm.

(Afternoon hours are not active during the summer season in the months of July and August)

The Live chat service is active:

  • In the morning: Monday to Friday from 10am to 12am.
  • In the afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 4pm.
