The
Figure shows epidural analgesia labors (TOT DELIVER.) and
normal deliveries under epidural analgesia (EUT DELIVER.).
The forceps use is very decreased in our activity. The
increased cesarean section rate is caused by increased
rate of pathological labor under epidural analgesia. |
Evaluation
of epidural analgesia satisfaction
339 questionnaires are
distributed
to pregnant women that came to the anesthesiological
consultations. 220 questionnaires are compiled in the first part
contained the medical history , the opinions on labor pain and
the possible use of EA as in the second part contained the
patients evaluation of the adequacy of the analgesia, and
also the psychological impact of this experience.
